Jonny Bairstow, who struggled to make it through in IPL 2024, hit a magnificent century against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens. He made his century in just 45 balls and at the time of writing his piece had a strike rate of 222 along with 8 fours and 8 sixes.
This was Jonny Bairstow’s second goal in the IPL after he previously scored while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. His superb innings in the running game has ensured that the Punjab Kings keep the run rate under control as they chase the mammoth target.
