VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 26, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — International Cobalt Corp. (“International Cobalt” or the “Pursue“) is pleased to announce a name change to “MUSK VENTURES LTD.“. (The “Name change“), valid from Thursday, April 25, 2024.

The name change will not affect the rights of the company’s shareholders. There is no capital consolidation associated with the name change. Shareholders are not required to take any action in connection with the name change. Issued certificates that represent common shares in the company’s capital are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
