The Sell Sunset The 35-year-old alum filed a request for alternative service of her court petition on Monday, April 22, claiming Richard, 44, was in hiding, according to court documents obtained by Us weekly.
“Defendant should be permitted to serve Plaintiff via an alternative method of service because Plaintiff has evaded service of the domestic violence restraining order documents,” their motion states.
Quinn filed for a restraining order against Richard in March following an alleged domestic dispute. Quinn further claimed that Richard “had sufficient time and notice to successfully evade service of the order” because her TRO was granted after a “two-day delay.”

According to Quinn’s filing, since Richard allegedly did not receive the TRO, he could “repeatedly violate it” without facing any consequences. Under the order’s regulations, Richard was forbidden from contacting the couple’s son, Christian, and was unable to remain in their marital home.
Quinn is also trying to prevent Richard and his associates from entering the Los Angeles property and wants to be able to represent the TRO through his attorney, who claimed it was unable to accept the documents and allegedly refused to provide details to Quinn to reveal Richard’s whereabouts.
Richard has not publicly commented on Quinn’s claims. Us reached out to me for comment but had not received a response at the time of publication.
According to Quinn, Richard was reportedly last seen in public on March 27 and is believed to be hiding out at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, where he is staying under an alias.
“Because of my public image, [he] and I have taken additional safety precautions on previous hotel stays, such as: “For example, checking in under pseudonyms or booking block rooms to avoid detection,” Quinn alleged in the documents. “I believe [Christian] could use these methods or even pay the hotel to hide its location.”
The reality TV star said she “last saw” Richard on March 20, when she fled after his arrest on assault charges with a deadly weapon. Since then, she has tried unsuccessfully to work with a process server to deliver the TRO.
“Although I was very grateful that my request for protection was approved, I was very afraid that … he would make every attempt to evade service,” Quinn claimed. “My lawyer helped me hire a private investigator [him] I personally helped promptly, although I feared that locating him would already be an impossible task.”

After Quinn allegedly tried to reach out to Richard’s lawyer for help, she was “continuesllThey are prohibited from gaining access. At one point, she claimed that one of Richard’s lawyers even physically blocked her from entering her home.
“As I approached the property, Mister. Vilicana insisted he was rented And allowed to monitor and occupy The Property according to the instructions of [Christian]indirect violation of the TRO,” she claimed in court documents. “The confrontation with Mister. Vilicana took about seven Protocol, escalated In intensity And would have continued, however, mine two rented Employees arrived at the property to help Me. Mister. Villalicana made several threatening comments while lurking around including, ‘I will Be To see you again and ‘I do not go everywhere.'”
She further claimed in court papers that the lawyer “deliberately left the house in a dangerous, dirty and uninhabitable condition” by the lawyer who allegedly stole her cappuccino machine to take to Richard.

The now-estranged couple got into an argument in March, where Quinn claimed to be expressing her dissatisfaction with the marriage, and the argument led to Richard allegedly throwing a bag of glass at her. The glass had missed Quinn and hit her 3-year-old son Christian instead. Richard was subsequently arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and taken into custody in his bathrobe. He was released the next day.
During his arrest, Quinn requested a TRO, which was granted. When Richard returned home from the police station, he violated the order and was arrested by the police a second time. The businessman was released a few hours later on $30,000 bail.
Weeks later, Us confirmed that Richard filed for divorce on April 5, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Quinn has not responded to his request.
