• This is one of only two Aventador Ultimae models configured as a tribute to the legendary Miura.
  • The Italian exotic is painted in a combination of Verde Metallic and Oro Elius.
  • The mid-engine super sports car is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 naturally aspirated engine with 770 hp.

A rare Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae Roadster will be offered for sale at the Mecum event in Indianapolis next month. The price is expected to be between $800,000 and $850,000, about $300,000 more than the original MSRP.

Lamborghini released the Ultimae as a final farewell to the Aventador, and while it’s not quite as extreme as the track-focused SVJ, it’s still impressive. Only 250 roadsters were produced and this is one of only two with a Miura-inspired livery. This explains why the car looks so similar to the Aventador Miura Homage, which was introduced a few years ago and of which there were only 50 examples.

The original owner of this Lambo had most of the bodywork painted in Verde Metallic, which is contrasted by Oro Elios accents on the front bumper, side skirts and rear fascia, including the diffuser. The car also has shiny bronze wheels, and while we’re sure not everyone will like the look, there’s probably someone willing to pay a hefty premium to own this car.

There’s also plenty of carbon fiber on the exterior, including the rear air intakes, rear diffuser and exterior mirrors. Mecum notes that the entire exterior has also been covered in Xpel paint protection film and includes a car cover and trickle charger. The car has been driven less than 200 miles (320 km).

Like all other Aventador Ultimae models, the car is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine with 770 hp at 8,700 rpm and 531 lb-ft (720 Nm) of torque. While the new Revuelto significantly outperforms the Aventador, the older model has the added appeal of being Lamborghini’s last V12 supercar without hybrid assistance.

The Lamborghini Ultimae will be auctioned by Mecum on May 18th. Further information and offer details can be found here found here.
