According to a recent report in Hindustan Times, Shruti Haasan has broken up with her boyfriend Santanu Hazarika. A source close to them has revealed that the actress and her boyfriend are facing some personal issues. For the same reason, they decided to part ways amicably and have been living separately since March 2024. The source added:
“They broke up last month. Since there were personal problems, they decided to part ways amicably.”

According to the same report, when asked about this, Shruti refused to comment on her relationship issues. Meanwhile, Shruti has even reportedly deleted all her posts with Santanu on her IG handle. It was just a few days ago when one of Shruti’s cryptic posts grabbed all the limelight which could be read as follows:
“It’s been a crazy ride, learning so much about myself and people. We should never feel sorry for everything we can be or have to be.”
When Orry shocked everyone by claiming that Shruti was married, she reacted
During his AMA session on Reddit last year, Orry was asked if he had ever received unnecessary attitude from anyone in the industry when posing for photos. The social media session revealed that Shruti Haasan gave him an unnecessary attitude. He shared that he didn’t face the situation because of the posing but the actress was actually rude to him. Orry also mentioned that he had heard Shruti calling him ‘Pune’. However, what caught attention was when Orry added in the same revelation that he was good with and adored the actress’ husband, which raised eyebrows.
Reacting to this, Shruti shared in an interview with Bombay Times that she doesn’t even know who Orry is. The actress further mentioned that she has always focused on those who bring positive energies into her life and that she is like a mirror and believes in giving back what she receives. While talking about the marriage rumor spread by Orry, Shruti mentioned that it was childish and she wouldn’t hide it if she had even been married.
