“It’s still crazy, I guess he turned four, but it hasn’t changed anything,” Alexei notes about her personal life.

Loren adds: “Still crazy but he understands things now. He’s having detailed conversations with you and you’re like, wait, what, what did you remember? …it’s wild.”

Her youngest, one-year-old Ariel, is also starting to talk.

“And she’s feisty, oh my God,” Loren says of her youngest.

As for the question of whether they still want to have more children undergoes a “natural mommy makeover” That included liposuction and a tummy tuck after her third C-section, Loren says, which is surprisingly a possibility.

“I miss it,” she admits. “[Alexei] said, “Oh, you’re going to get baby fever.” I say, “No, I’m not, don’t worry.” He’s right. I have fucking baby fever. But do I really want to go back? Forget the surgery, right? You can repeat it at any time, but do I want to go backwards? I don’t know. Never say Never.”

But whatever the future holds, Alexei insists that a fourth child would be her last.

“So we don’t talk about it – my mom and I – we don’t really talk about the move,” Loren shares. “I don’t think they realize we still want to do this. We talk about it and it’s definitely a goal of ours.”

Alexei adds: “Yeah, I mean, obviously there’s a war going on at the moment, so we’re not going to move right now, but honestly that wasn’t the plan either. We tried to speed it up somehow, but we always had a… I plan to move there when the youngest is at least three or four years old, and not when she was just born. You know, with everything going on there, hopefully it’ll just make things better and safer in the future, and there’ll be a better solution to what’s been going on for many years, and maybe it’ll just make it easier for us to get there to pull, and safer for the future and for a long time. So it’s not good at the moment.”

How long you want to rent 90 Day Fiancé Cameras document their journey, they are uncertain.

“Well, I can’t have any babies to stay with 90 Day Fiancé,” cracks Loren.

Alexei adds: “Yeah, no babies. I don’t know, I guess as long as they want, but I never thought it would still be here ten years after the shooting.” Happily ever after?.”

Loren says they’re not sure why fans are so fascinated by her life.

“I don’t think we understand it yet,” she admits. “People come up to us and say, ‘Can we say hello?’ We say, “Yes, of course.” We are so normal. … I don’t know, we try not to get involved in it because we don’t want it to affect our relationship, our children. or something like that.”
