The 60-year-old TV personality admitted to overdoing it with dermal fillers after being accused of looking “unnatural”.

Nicole Smithan aesthetic doctor’s assistant, took to TikTok on Thursday, April 11, to warn viewers about the consequences of too much work.

“How do we avoid this over-the-top look that we’re seeing more and more on celebrities,” Smith said as images of Rinna from today and over 20 years ago appeared in the background. “The key to using dermal fillers or Botox is to maintain your youthful appearance, not to change your appearance.”

Rinna isn’t the only celebrity considering reversing facial fillers. Courteney Cox has famously spoken out about regretting the injections. In a March 2023 episode of the “Gloss Angeles” podcast, Cox, 59, called fillers her “biggest beauty mistake.”

“I thought I was getting older when I was really young, this is just a bummer, a waste of time,” Cox said, explaining her decision to try the injections.

She continued: “It’s a domino effect, it’s like you don’t realize you look a little off and then you move on because you look normal to yourself.”…You look in the mirror and think: ‘Oh, that looks good,’ you think, not knowing what it looks like to the outside world.”

Cox added that this revelation led her to have her fillers removed. “Thank God they’re removable,” she said. “I think I messed up a lot and now I’ve been able to make up for most of it, thankfully. [and now] I’m actually just older.”
