Justin Bieber Bought a $16 Million Mansion Near Kylie Jenner

Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin), spent $16.6 million on a California mansion last year, Us weekly can confirm.

The home is located in the Madison Club, an ultra-exclusive celebrity enclave in California’s Coachella Valley. There are already several A-list names in the community including Kris Jennerwho owns the house right next door, and Kylie Jenner.

Apple CEO Tim cook, Adele, Kourtney KardashianMusic manager and entrepreneur Scooter Brown and Nike founder Phil Knight also own homes in the Madison Club.

Because the sale took place off-market, details and photos are few, but the mansion is nearly 10,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It sits on 1.02 acres and its driveway is lined with Italian cypress trees for added privacy.

HOA fees at the Madison Club cost Justin and Hailey $1,652 per month and give them access to one Tom Fazio–Designed golf course, spa, five-star restaurants, walking trail, clubhouse and more.

The La Quinta home is less than 200 miles east of the Biebers’ primary residence, a $25 million Beverly Hills estate with over 11,000 square feet, seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a home theater.

Although the sale took place in 2023, news of her purchase is only now breaking, just over a month after Hailey, 27, addressed rumors of marital problems between her and Justin, 30.

The couple married in 2018 after initially separating in 2016.
