Updated January 4th: Prosecutors in Kansas officially dismissed three felony charges against Patrick Mahomes’ brother Jackson on Wednesday afternoon. According to reports. Jackson Mahomes appeared at a hearing on Wednesday where the charges were officially dropped.

“As I said from the beginning,” Mahomes’ attorney Brandon Davies said in a statement to FOX 4 KC on Tuesday: “Jackson did nothing wrong. We had every confidence that the truth would eventually come to light. The defense reserves further comment until the remaining charges are resolved.”

The 23-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charge when she did submitted first. He was out on bail since May.
