Wynonna JuddGrace Kelley, her daughter, faces new charges after her arrest in Alabama.
According to booking records, Kelley has now been charged with prostitution following her arrest April 5 for allegedly exposing herself on a highway in Millbrook, Alabama. Police records obtained by ET show that Kelley, 27, was being held in the Elmore County Jail on April 5 at 5:05 p.m
She was initially charged with two charges: indecent exposure and obstructing government operations. Both charges are misdemeanors, but now she faces a third charge of solicitation of prostitution.
Kelley allegedly “exposed her breasts and lower body” at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, Alabama, according to charging documents obtained from her AL.com. According to her booking information, Millbrook is Kelley’s current residence.
The newspaper reports that police allege Kelley was sitting on the side of the road, refusing to show a police ID and refusing to cooperate with police when he was arrested. Her first court date is reportedly scheduled for April 11.
Kelley has had several legal problems in the past. In 2016, she was arrested for meth possession The sun. She was ordered to spend 30 days in jail and then attend a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program. As ET previously reported, Naomi died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in April 2022 at the age of 76. She and Wynonna were inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame just one day after her death.
Wynonna has not publicly commented on her daughter’s recent legal entanglements.
