A well-known personality, the actress’ personal life has been in the limelight for the last few days as reports surfaced in the media that she had broken up with her boyfriend Santanu Hazarika after being in a relationship with him for almost four years.

Amid the reports, Shruti took to her Instagram account on April 30, 2024 and shared a few pictures of herself in which her sister Akshara Haasan was also seen. In the pictures, the actress could be seen sitting in front of a door and a few rays of sunlight came through the door and fell on her face, partially illuminating it. Shruti wore a casual outfit with her hair open and she was seen smiling at the lens. She titled her post as follows:
“I feel the light, I feel so blessed and grateful for these moments.”

While a section asked why she broke up with Santanu, others praised her post-breakup glow. According to a source, Shruti Haasan and Santanu Hazarika broke up a month ago
A source told Hindustan Times that Shruti broke up with her boyfriend Santanu as their wavelengths no longer matched. The source revealed that the pair parted ways amicably last month. For those who don’t know, the duo started dating and even lived together sometime around 2020. The source added:
“They broke up last month. Since there were personal problems, they decided to part ways amicably.”
When the news portal tried to contact the actress to confirm such rumors, she declined to comment and further requested privacy. Meanwhile, when asked by ETimes about his relationship status with Shruti, Santanu said, “I’m sorry. I don’t want to comment on it.” Moreover, Shruti has removed all her pictures with Santanu and even took a break from social media.
