Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh married the love of his life Deepika Padukone on November 14, 2018. The couple has been married for more than five years now and is expecting their first child together. Deepika is due in September 2024 and is currently enjoying her pregnancy phase to the fullest. Meanwhile, reports were rife that Ranveer and Deepika were having trouble in paradise after the former archived his wedding photos from Instagram.
Ranveer Singh denies his and Deepika Padukone’s divorce rumors
Well, it looks like Ranveer Singh has apparently put an end to his and Deepika Padukone’s divorce rumors at a recent event. While attending the opening of the Tiffany & Co store in Mumbai on May 8, 2024, Ranveer had a candid conversation with Vogue India where he was asked to name his favorite piece of jewelry. In response he said:
“Personal, sentimental value placed on them are my favorite favorite pieces.”

Ranveer Singh flaunts his wedding ring gifted to him by his wife Deepika Padukone
Ranveer then held up his hand and proudly flaunted his wedding ring to put an end to the rumors of their divorce. Talking about his wedding ring, the actor said that his wedding ring and engagement ring gifted to him by his wife Deepika Padukone are his favorite pieces of jewelry. He was heard saying:
“One of the rings that is very close to my heart is this one – it is my wedding ring that my wife gave me. The other is a platinum engagement ring. And of course there are my mother’s diamond earrings and my grandmother’s pearls.”

Ranveer’s statement came as a sigh of relief for his fans who feared that he and Deepika might get divorced soon. Meanwhile, a report in Hindustan Times also said that everything is fine between Ranveer and Deepika and they are waiting for the birth of their first child. A source close to the couple revealed that there are no problems in the duo’s paradise, adding:
“Well, he deleted all his pictures from the year before 2022-2023. It’s not just about his wedding pictures. In fact, all his recent pictures with Deepika are still on his hands. So it’s really confusing how people can assume there are any problems in paradise.”

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s Babymoon
Earlier, we happened to come across a picture of Deepika Padukone from her babymoon with her husband Ranveer Singh. The photo showed the mom-to-be flaunting her baby bump in a brown long T-shirt. Deepika was seen descending the stairs of a plane and looked comfortable in her maternity clothes and cool sunglasses. Ranveer, on the other hand, was dressed all in white and followed closely behind his pregnant wife. The duo actually spent a gala time together and didn’t let the ongoing rumors of their divorce bother them.
