In conversation with the Read the room On the podcast, Priyanka Chopra explained that both she and Nick Jonas are in love with each other’s homelands and that they are excited about embracing their cultures. She said that Nick loves India while the US is like a second home for her as she grew up there. Sharing that it is just the cultural things that are different, Priyanka added:
“He loved everything in India and I grew up in the US, it was literally my second home. So we were very accepting of each other’s cultures. But it was the cultural things that were different.”

Priyanka Chopra reveals what was the hardest thing for her to learn after marrying Nick Jonas
As the conversation continued, Priyanka Chopra added that the hardest thing to learn is to wait for someone to finish their sentences. Priyanka added that in Indian culture people just talk over each other’s sentences but that is not the case in Nick’s culture. The actress mentioned that Nick had to learn to cut people off and talk over each other’s sentences and that she had to learn to wait. Priyanka can be quoted as saying:
“Before you finish your sentence, I know what you’re saying, so I’ll just tell you. That’s how we are culturally. We just say, ‘Let’s just go!’. We’re loud and everyone talks about everyone So for Nick, he had to learn to cut people off, he had to learn to talk about everyone. He said, “Yeah, I’m saying that!” I say, “I know what you’re saying, but I’ll wait until you’re done.”
Nick Jonas once revealed his favorite Indian food
There’s no denying that Nick Jonas loves India and talks about it often. In an old interview with Today magazine, Nick was asked about his favorite Indian food. Nick shared that he loves it Paneer the most. In the same interview, the singer was asked if he liked samosa. In response, Nick shared that he loves it, but more like a Paneer Guy. Nick also added that he doesn’t cook much, but when it comes to ordering Indian dishes, he can do it all.

When Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra took their daughter Malti to Ayodhya Ram Mandir
It was in March 2024 when Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas came to India along with their little one Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The trio celebrated Holi with their family members. Later, the couple took their daughter Malti to Ram Mandir to seek blessings. On the day, Priyanka looked pretty in a yellow saree with a half-sleeved bodycon blouse while Nick looked handsome in a cream colored saree Kurta. However, it was Malti who caught our attention. The little one looked adorable as she slipped into a pink floral suit dupatta tied around the head like a headband.
