Princess Beatrice And Princess Eugenie posed together in a rare sister moment while supporting the musician Ellie Goulding at a recent event.
The Princesses of York attended the singer’s SERVED Private Party at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Thursday, April 11. Beatrice, 35, wore a green skirt paired with a black jacket and jeweled ballet flats. Eugenie, 34, kept it simple and wore a gray sweater dress as she posed alongside her sister.
Beatrice also turned the event into a date night as she was spotted with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. The couple took some photos with the event’s host, Goulding. Eugenie’s husband, Jack BrooksbankHe didn’t seem to be present.
Both Beatrice and Eugenie have been seen more frequently in public as the royal family faces a number of health issues.
Both King Charles III And Princess Kate Middleton are undergoing treatment for their respective cancer diagnoses. Charles, 75, made his health news public in February after undergoing routine prostate surgery. Kate, 42, revealed her illness in a video late last month and revealed the cancer was discovered during abdominal surgery earlier this year.
As news of the royal family’s health crisis continued to make headlines, Eugenie shared a rather pointed message on social media in an Instagram post in March, revealing that she “appreciates the family and their loved ones.”
Meanwhile, Beatrice has impressed senior members of the royal family as she appeared during the ongoing health row between Charles and Kate. Various British media outlets have reported that her future could lie in a senior role within the family.
Royal Historian Gareth Russell commented on Beatrice’s possible promotion in a recent interview with Us weeklyand declared that the monarchy would be “untenable” unless there were new senior working royals.
“At the moment Prince William is the only senior working royal under the age of 60 and over the age of 16,” Russell explained, speculating that Beatrice, Eugenie and Lady Louise WindsorRoles in the family could change.
Before his reign, Charles revealed his plan to establish a scaled-down monarchy upon his accession to the throne. However, what is currently going on in the family is “not what was intended,” Russell said Us.
“If you want to use the metaphor, the monarchy is underweight at this stage, it was never intended to reach the level it has reached,” he added. “It was always expected that you would [King] Charles III with three working siblings and two working children and their wives, and that this would be a sustainable basis for the future monarchy.”
