Mickey Guyton became emotional as he reflected on his son Grayson’s near-death experience.

And the traffic in LA – it’s nothing but the grace of God – we drove from downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica in like 20 minutes, I swear.”

Grayson, now 3, “was not conscious” when they arrived at the hospital. He was “rushed” to the back for care.

“Everyone just sat on him and started taking his vitals and stuff. We had to leave the room because they couldn’t get any blood because he was so dehydrated,” Guyton continued. “I remember looking at the nurse and saying – I choked out the words – and I said, ‘Is he going to die?’ And the doctor said, ‘I’m not going to lie to you, I’m really worried.'” He’s the sickest person in this emergency room right now.'”

Guyton shares her son with her husband Grant Savoywhom she married in 2017. She previously spoke about Grayson’s health and hospitalization on social media in the fall of 2021.
