The Kardashians The 43-year-old star wore a floor-length white dress with a crisscross halter neckline to the event on Saturday, April 13. The figure-hugging dress had side slits at the waist.
Kardashian paired the look with sheer platform heels, a wet-look hairstyle and a contrasting dark manicure. Kardashian attended the event alongside her mother. Kris Jenner.
Jenner, 68, stunned in an all-black ensemble with a suit jacket and flared waist and sleeves. She wore a transparent mesh blouse underneath and completed the look with black heels.
The event, held at the Academy Museum in Los Angeles, honored the “world’s top scientists,” according to the Breakthrough Prize website.
The Skims founder’s appearance follows her trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands with her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian And Kylie Jenner.
Kim shared a series of snaps from her vacation in which she wore a western-inspired beach look. She posed in the sand wearing a snakeskin bikini from Skims and a black cowboy hat from Kemo Sabe. “This isn’t Texas… these are Turks,” she captioned the Instagram upload earlier this month, referring to her BeyonceLyrics from Texas Hold ‘Em.
Kim completed her outfit with a pair of cross necklaces, wet hair and a glossy lip.

While sunbathing, Kourtney, 44, poked fun at Kim’s infamous diamond earring meltdown.
“My diamond earring came loose in the ocean and is gone,” Kourtney captioned her Instagram post, sharing a picture of her smiling while frolicking in the water. In another photo, she covered her ears.
During season 6 of Keeping Up With the KardashiansDuring a family vacation in French Polynesia, Kim lost her temper. As a friend at the time Kris Humphries Kim threw it into the sea and lost her $75,000 diamond earring.
“My earring is gone!” she said during the episode that aired in 2011. “My diamond earring came loose in the sea!” As Kim began to cry over the missing jewelry, Kourtney emerged from her villa and replied, “Kim, there are people dying.”
While she noted that the constant references to the moment “get so old,” Kim revealed that the earring eventually ended up back in her hands.
“I don’t know if I showed this on our show, but Kylie found the earring,” Kim said GQ in November 2023. “So she dove into the sea, put on goggles, found it, and then she went back and found the back. That’s how clear the water is in Bora Bora, so folks, the earring has been found. It was found in 2010. If someone goes to Bora Bora to look for gold and diamonds, [it’s] not there.”
