Kelly Osbourne I still have a bone to pick with my brother Jack Osbourne Decades after he accidentally shot them with a pellet gun when they were children.
When Kelly, 39, discussed near-death experiences on the Tuesday, April 23, episode of family podcast The Osbournes Podcast, she detailed the injury she suffered from the incident.
“You shot me! “You shot me and I almost died!” Kelly said to Jack, 38.
After Jack admitted he had “shot” his sister, Kelly added: “It went straight through my leg and out the other side.” It felt like someone had put a hot poker through my leg very quickly rammed. I remember it burned a little bit.”
Although the former Fashion Police Co-host insisted that the first shot wasn’t the “painful” part of the injury, Kelly went on to explain that the “tiny hospital in the middle of nowhere in England in the 90s” was not adequately equipped to deal with the aftermath of the accident .
“Their X-ray machine wasn’t working, so they got this long cotton swab, wrapped it in gauze, dipped it in iodine and stuck it through the hole to make sure there were no bits in it [of bone]” she continued as Jack winced at the thought.
Jack, who described the mishap as an “accident”, added that the incident occurred at a time when the parents Sharon And Ozzy Osbourne were on location in New York and shot the rock star’s film in 1995, The Jerky Boys: The Movie.
“But listen, my fault as the man operating the firearm – it wasn’t technically a firearm, the air rifle – and your fault for running in front of me while I was shooting,” he further explained Kelly responded, “I feel like I’m innocent of this.” You ruined my stretchy Marks & Spencer jeans and I’m still arguing with you about it.”
The Osbourne family rose to rapid fame in 2002 after the debut of their MTV reality series. The Osbourneswhich earned them an Emmy Award for Outstanding Nonfiction Program (Reality) that year.
