Jon Gosselin releases new music!
Yes, really.
In addition to his job and status as a public figure, Jon Gosselin is also a professional DJ.
He is now part of a music duo. New songs are coming out this summer and a single has already been released (below).
DJ Casper and Jon Gosselin are teaming up
Just Jay-Z, Akon and Nicki Minaj some One of the big names to have worked with DJ Casper (real name Joseph Wright) over the years.
He also happens to be close friends with fellow DJ Jon Gosselin.
The famous DJ Casper tells the story together The US SunThey work to produce “energetic, feel-good music.”
One song has already come out of their collaboration, “Voicemail.” You can listen to this track below.
More will appear in summer 2024.
Such collaboration on music may be somewhat new for the duo. But their friendship goes Away back.
Jon Gosselin and DJ Casper met at a DJ convention
DJ Casper remembered this The US Sun how they met 10 years ago and have remained friends ever since. He is clearly excited about the collaboration.
“Jon and I create happy, moody, energetic, feel-good music,” he announced. This is certainly an underrated mood for music.
“And,” he admitted, “I’m not sure the music will actually fit any particular genre at this point.”
“A lot of the music will feel like a beach setting or something you would want to hear on an island,” said DJ Casper, describing the collaboration between him and Jon Gosselin.
“When I hear the first song,” he mused, “I imagine myself driving down Rodeo Drive or South Beach with the top down, or at the club and just wanting to show up.”
DJ Casper then shared, “Jon’s life experiences, the stories we share, and our mutual friendship absolutely influence the music we create.”
The chill vibes fit well with Jon Gosselin’s new music
Years ago, when Jon & Kate Plus 8 Jon didn’t seem like a good father when he first aired (and, to be fair, first signaled TLC’s cultural decline). He seemed like a man who was overwhelmed and more interested in enjoying his newfound fame than pursuing parenthood.
Perhaps this public perception was unfair. Or maybe it wasn’t. Jon is a flawed man – he’s just a much better father than his evil ex-wife.
Jon’s image as a “party boy” still sticks with many people to this day. And even though his children are all grown and he has a day job, some may scoff at the fact that he produces “party boy” music.
But also? Jon is at a point in his life where he is balancing happiness and sadness. He loves his beautiful wife, but also remains estranged from several of his children.
Many people with very different life circumstances can understand this. Sometimes you need good vibes – from TV, from friends, from music – to get through the bad times.
Jon and DJ Casper were definitely able to incorporate that into the music. Even if they don’t produce the “Song of Summer 2024,” they will almost certainly gain some new fans for their duo performance.
