- Result dependency: SRH’s qualification also depends on the performance of other teams. They need certain teams in the points table to lose games and maintain a poor run rate to increase their chances.
- Restrictions of Lucknow Super Giants and Delhi Capitals: LSG and Delhi Capitals (DC) are currently in 5th and 6th place in the points table. SRH hopes that these teams do not get more than two wins each as this could affect SRH’s chances of making it to the playoffs.
