West Indies cricketer Nicholas Pooran remains a key player for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the 17th edition of Indian Premier League (IPL). After being acquired by LSG for INR 16 crore during the IPL 2023 mini-auction, Pooran has time and again proved his worth as a valuable asset to the team.
Starting his IPL journey in 2019 with Punjab Kings (PBKS)where he remained until 2021, followed by his stint at Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) In the 2022 season, Pooran has put together a consistent performance record. Of particular note is his exceptional 62-run innings off 19 balls during the clash between the two in 2023 Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and LSG earned him the Player of the Match award, highlighting his crucial contribution to the team’s success.
