Harvey WeinsteinThe sexual assault and rape case sparked the viral #MeToo movement. Since then, the former Hollywood film executive has been considered one of the most disgraced names in the industry after more than 80 women made allegations against him. Since his controversies were revealed in 2017, Weinstein’s family is said to have distanced itself from him, including his adult daughters and his ex-spouses – first wife Georgina Chapman and second wife Eve Chilton.
However, Weinstein’s 2020 conviction for two sex crimes was overturned by the New York appeals court in April 2024, about which his spokeswoman Juda Engelmayer said he was “cautiously upset.”
“He still has a long way to go because of the Los Angeles case,” Engelmayer said deadline. “We are currently assessing the implications of the appeal.”

Second wife Georgina Chapman
Weinstein was married to his most recent ex-wife from 2007 to 2021. Chapman is a fashion designer and actress. The British native was also an actor on “ Project career: All Stars from 2012 to 2019. Her ex-husband was a producer of the show.
Chapman began dating Weinstein in 2004. They married in 2007 and have two children together: daughter India and son Dashiell.
He and Chapman separated this year following the sexual assault allegations against Weinstein. Chapman reportedly moved on with dating in 2020 Adrien Brody. She and Weinstein finalized their divorce in 2021.
First wife Eve Chilton
Chilton worked as an assistant at Miramax in the 1980s. She and Weinstein were married from 1987 to 2004. The former spouses have three daughters together: Lily, Emma and Ruth Weinstein.
According to several media outlets, Chilton has been living a quiet life in New York City since her divorce from Weinstein. According to her IMDb page, Chilton has produced a handful of films and television series.
Lily “Remy” Weinstein
Lily, who is also reportedly known as Remy Weinstein, was born in 1995. During her father’s film production career, Lily attended several events with him. She and Weinstein were photographed together at a Golden Globe Awards after-party in 2014. She was last photographed in 2017 in the wake of his sexual abuse allegations.
Emma Weinstein
The details of Emma’s life are not known to the public. Weinstein and Chilton welcomed Emma in 1998.
Ruth Weinstein
In 2002, Weinstein and Chilton welcomed Ruth. She is currently living a life away from the limelight and not many details are known about her.
Dashiell & India Weinstein
Dashiell and India are shared by Weinstein and Chapman. Because they are minors, Chapman keeps them out of the public eye. India was born in 2010 and Dashiell was born in 2013.
