For this recipe, we recommend using King Arthur gluten-free bread flour. This flour mixture contains wheat but has been freed from gluten. If you are gluten free but sensitive to wheat, please do not use this flour.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and form the dough into a ball. Place a kitchen towel over the bowl. Let rise for 60 minutes until it has almost doubled in volume.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a Bundt pan vigorously with nonstick spray. Pour the 2 tablespoons melted butter into the bottom of the pan.

Using your hands, roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Add some melted butter over it and then roll it in the cinnamon sugar.

Place in the bundt pan. Repeat for the remaining dough. Pour the remaining melted butter over everything.
