During an appearance on the Wednesday, April 24 episode Minnie DriverOn the Minnie Questions podcast, Cox said she regretted giving Coco, now 19, too much freedom to make her own decisions.

Cox married 52-year-old David in June 1999. Five years later, in June 2004, Coco was born. In October 2010, the couple announced their separation. David filed for divorce in June 2012 and the divorce was finalized in May 2013.

“I wish I had been a more determined father when she was a child, or even not so many years ago,” she added.
