“Lil Dump…the last slide is life🫶🏽🍓,” the 38-year-old singer captioned a slideshow of photos of herself hanging out with family and friends on Thursday, April 25. Alongside photos of Ciara spending time outside and in the recording studio, she included a picture of a scale.
Ciara revealed earlier this month that she wants to lose weight after giving birth to her fourth baby. She shares Sienna (6), Win (3) and Amora (4 months) with her husband Russell Wilsonwhom she married in 2016. Ciara previously gave birth to her 9-year-old son Future Zahir with her ex-fiancé Future.
“Trying to lose 70 pounds after giving birth, getting ready for a show and tour, and running my business while breastfeeding,” she wrote on Instagram on April 13, posing in a Nike hoodie that read “tough st ” on it. “Greetings to all my moms out there, I see you! ToughSh$t. #MambaMentality🐍.”

Ciara received support from her celebrity friends in the comments section Holly Robinson Peete Writing: “If anyone can do it, it’s you.” Busta Rhymes left several crown emojis under the post while Gabrielle Union Added flexed biceps emojis.
Ciara and Wilson, 35, announced in August 2023 that they were expanding their family. The “Level Up” singer showed off her baby bump at several public events, including at one of her husband’s NFL games in October 2023.
“I love you so much. #3 💙🧡🤍,” she captioned Instagram pictures of them posing on a football field. (Wilson was traded from the Denver Broncos to the Pittsburgh Steelers last month.)
Two months later, Ciara covered her baby bump in beautiful gold leaf glitter at the premiere of her film in Los Angeles The colour purple. The details complemented her all-white ensemble, which included a button-down shirt, dress pants, and a flowing white cape.
Just a few days after the premiere, she gave birth to Amora. “Amora Princess Wilson 9lbs 1oz We love you so much!” she captioned the first look at the couple’s newborn in December 2023.

While she documented her weight loss journey, Ciara also proudly showed off her post-baby body on social media. In a January Instagram video, she strutted around in a plunging black leather trench coat and matching black thigh-high leather boots and wrote, “Still got the juice boo, buy yourself a sip!💅🏽.”
In a February Instagram video, she also encouraged her fans to “enjoy every phase of life” while wearing a maroon short-sleeved swimsuit on a pool deck. She completed the look with flowing long locks and a drink in hand.
