Arsenal don’t have much time to think about their 2024/25 pre-season plans at the moment.
The Gunners are still looking for their first Premier League title in two decades in the 2023/24 season and could well go into next season as English champions. Regardless of the silverware, Mikel Arteta’s side have been fantastic this year.
However, they have the chance to build an even more impressive squad this summer and will be keen to strengthen the squad by investing in the upcoming transfer window. Their recruitment, coupled with a strong pre-season, could be crucial to the side’s success in north London.
As things stand, here’s what Arsenal will plan to do in the 2024/25 pre-season.

Arsenal are one of the many Premier League giants embarking on a tour of the United States this summer, with the Gunners set to travel to North America at the end of July. Only two games are currently scheduled, but it is likely that more games will take place in the near future – either in the United States or elsewhere.
The Gunners could also secure a place in the Community Shield for the second consecutive year on August 6, but to do so they would need to secure the Premier League title. Should they be crowned champions, they would face either Manchester United or Manchester City in the opening game at Wembley Stadium.
Currently, Arsenal have only announced two friendlies on their USA tour. In the first duel they will face their long-time rivals Man Utd in California on July 27th. The two teams met in a friendly last summer, which the Red Devils won 2-0.
Four days after their clash with United, they face another regular rival in Liverpool. The two clubs fought some bitter battles at the top of the Premier League table in the 2023/24 season and will face off again in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field.
Arsenal are likely to announce further games in the coming weeks but also face a possible trip to Wembley in the Community Shield.
