“Basically, I did a fat transfer,” she explains. “I used my natural fat and did a fat transfer into my breasts. I did the tummy tuck and then I did 360 degree lipo, so I did lipo on the chin, arms, upper back, lower back, thighs, all of this natural stuff [in my breasts].”

Loren recounted the intensive recovery period, which included being confined to bed for two weeks. During this time, she relied heavily on Alexei to not only care for her post-surgery, but also do the heavy lifting regarding her three young children – sons Shai and Asher and daughter Ariel.

“I think I was a good patient, he was great,” she remembers. “I couldn’t have asked for better support… I couldn’t have replaced the drains and done what he did. I would have said, ‘Take care of yourself.'” He’s just the best father and they admire him and adore him and he can do no wrong.

Alexei joked that he was working as a nurse at the time.

“I have always taken care of the children, it is nothing new,” he notes. “At the moment I had to constantly take care of her. I change diapers, bathe them and feed them and still do everything, right?”

“That’s no secret. I was open about it,” she notes of her body dysmorphia. “I’m talking about it more this season. You’ll see. And it’s definitely a struggle. You just have to know what you want and if you want to have the surgery then do it for yourself and don’t regret it.” I don’t regret doing it but I’m really happy and have a good one Support system.

Loren hasn’t closed the door on further procedures in the future.

“I mean, we can always make improvements,” she jokes. “I’m back, body dysmorphia, accepting my body. I feel good. But it’s a process.”
