The big news in the 2025 Ram 1500 off-road pickups is, of course, the new RHO with TRX body and suspension but a lower price and Hurricane engine. But it’s not the only Ram 1500 just revealed with a penchant for dirt. Two additional versions were brought onto the market for two different purposes and price ranges. Among them is the Rebel X, which offers additional features for comfort and off-road capability over the regular Rebel. And then there’s the Warlock, which continues from last year but with the new inline-six.
2025 Ram 1500 Rebel X
The Rebel It is based on the Rebel Level 2 trim group and offers features such as the 14.5-inch center touchscreen, a passenger side infotainment screen, a panoramic sunroof, heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, two phone chargers and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system among many others. From there, a number of additional features are added, including new cruise control for rough roads. Not only does it maintain speed on unpaved roads, it also continually adjusts suspension damping and steering weight as needed. It looks like it’s intended for low speeds, similar to Toyota’s Crawl Control or Ford’s Trail Control, but Ram didn’t elaborate. Additionally, the Rebel otherwise gets the same 1-inch suspension, Bilstein shock absorbers, 33-inch tires on 17-inch wheels, softer rear anti-roll bar, sport hood, black bumper, skid plate, LED Fog lights and other black exterior accents like a rebel. 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock
The Ram 1500 Warlock has also been revised. As before, it’s intended as an affordable option that offers some of the Rebel’s core upgrades, but without a number of the fancier features that increase the price. As such, it features a 1-inch suspension lift and skid plate, as well as plenty of black accents, including the dual exhaust tips. But it does have 18-inch wheels, the basic 8.4-inch infotainment screen, physical gauges and a cloth bench seat up front. However, it still has a leather steering wheel as well as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and blind spot monitoring. Heated front seats, injected linens and side steps are optional.
