Born in Rajakheda, Rajasthan, Sparsh Shrivastava started his career as a dancer when he participated in the reality show. Chak Dhoom Dhoom in 2010. Sparsh was just 11 years old when he traveled to Mumbai to take part in the dance reality show. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Sparsh spoke about his initial phase and said:

“My father and brother stayed in Agra and I was in Mumbai with my mother. Then I got another dance-based show, Shake It Up Mumbai. I became an actor by accident, but little by little I began to love art. A lot of people think I’m new to the industry and it’s okay because I’ve learned something over the years.”

“Then I asked sir to send me a voice note to make it believable. Then he said he would video call me shortly. When he called, I covered the camera with my hand. I still had the impression that someone was making a fool of me. But then I saw he was sitting right under a good light, his skin was glowing, he was wearing a cream shirt and I was excited.”
