A month ago, we saw the launch of the OnePlus Ace 3V in China, which featured the latest Snapdragon 7 series chip. The global edition, tentatively called the OnePlus Nord 4, appears on Geekbench alongside other offerings, suggesting the launch is likely to happen soon.
According to MySmartPrice, OnePlus’ upcoming mid-range Android phone carries this CPH2621 The model number was spotted on several certification sites including Geekbench, the Camera FV 5 database and the Eurofins listing.
The OnePlus handset’s Geekbench listing gave it a single-core score of 1875 and the multi-core test returned 4934 points. In the same listing, a 12GB RAM variant of the device and the Adreno 732 GPU were shown, suggesting that the upcoming handset will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 SoC, similar to the OnePlus Ace 3V.
The Eurofins certification in the aforementioned publication also shows a battery capacity of 5430 mAh and support for 80W fast charging. This means the handset is likely to have a 5500mAh battery capacity and slower charging speeds, at least compared to the Ace 3V with 100W fast charging support.
On the other hand, the Camera FV 5 database points to a 50MP primary camera with OIS, f/1.9 aperture and 26.9mm focal length. The device is also likely to feature a 16MP selfie shooter on the front.
Other likely details of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 4, based on the OnePlus Ace 3V in China, include a 6.74-inch display with refresh rates of up to 120Hz, curved glass design on the back, support for IP65 rating, Stereo dual speakers, 12GB/s 16GB RAM variants with 256GB/512GB storage options.
Given the recent certification and considering the previous launch schedule of the OnePlus Nord 3’s predecessor, we could soon see the Nord 4 launch in Asian and European regions first (likely in July), followed by the UK launch. In China, the phone was priced in CNY (about $276) in 1999 for the base variant, and we can expect similar pricing in other regions.
