Volkswagen Passat and Arteon Discontinued Offers Offer Free Maintenance

The Volkswagen Passat and Arteon have been canceled in Australia and the automaker is offering a free service for remaining stock.

Until June 30, 2024 Or while supplies last, Volkswagen is offering all 2023 model year (MY23) Passats and Arteons a free five-year service package that covers the first 75,000 km of scheduled maintenance.

According to Volkswagen, only a few examples of the Passat station wagon will remain after the contract expires, while stocks of the Arteon liftback and Shooting Brake are limited and are expected to expire this month.

This offer applies to all variants of the Arteon and Passat range, with savings ranging from $3,050 to $4,299.

Typically, Volkswagen offers maintenance at top prices over a period of five years or 75,000 km, totaling $3,567 for the Arteon 140TSI, $3,712 for the Passat 162TSI, $3,914 for the Arteon 206TSI, $4,266 US dollars for the Passat 206TSI and US$ 4,299 for the Passat 162TSI Alltrack.

Additionally, a five-year service plan was previously offered at a reduced cost compared to pay-as-you-go. Packages start at $3,050 for the Arteon 140TSI, $3,200 for the Passat 162TSI, $3,400 for the Arteon 206TSI and $3,750 for the Passat 162TSI Alltrack/206TSI.

Volkswagen Passat MY23s start at $57,790 before on-road costs in the 162TSI Elegance Guide, rising to $68,390 before on-road costs for the flagship 206TSI R-Line.

Meanwhile, the Volkswagen Arteon MY23 starts at $64,590 before on-road costs for the base 140TSI Elegance liftback, while the Shooting Brake 206TSI R-Line costs $74,390 before on-road costs.
