So… THE happened on Tuesday evening.
Concerned that “Vanderpump Rules” would be canceled because the popular series was not scheduled to film at all this summer, Bravo aired a season 11 episode titled “Plot Twist.”
Towards the end of the episode, a producer said, “This is the end,” which caused many to stop, question, and wonder:
Wait, what is that? End End?!? Was it the series finale?!?
In the episode itself, Tom Sandoval was furious because Ariana Madix claimed his apologies – for cheating on her with Rachel Leviss – were merely “performative.”
“That’s f–king bullst,” Sandoval raged on the air.
“Ariana keeps saying that I’m not honest, that I’m performative. Do you know what that is? Ariana is a real performer. She doesn’t like any of these motherfuckers. So she can’t miss the opportunity to say that I’m performative.”
Ariana, meanwhile, told viewers:
“He never tried to talk to me off camera. He could have written something in a royal letter and left it on my kitchen counter and I could have read it at my leisure. But if you only did it in front of the camera, you would just show your true colors for me.”
For her part, Lala Kent was fed up with Madix bringing up the topic so often… even though the affair with Leviss came to light just three months before Season 11 began filming.
“I get it! He fucking cheated! You really did a damn great thing! It was weird how you looked us all in the eyes and said a lot of nonsense,” Lala said.
“But he didn’t kill anyone! Eight days later she moved on! 8 days! I have never seen anyone in my life be deceived and suddenly become God. OK.”
Kent even criticized Madix for not showing her “deep lows” to the rest of the cast and sounded bitter that, in her opinion, Ariana was never “honest” about her feelings.
Amid the drama, Vanderpump Rules is taking a production break before the start of Season 12, but that’s not the case does sounds like there will be a season 12.
Probably.
“There’s always the possibility of a cast shakeup or a change of old cast members to The Valley, but no decisions have been made yet,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.
Looking ahead, Madix will host “Love Island” and return to Broadway in August… while Lisa Vanderpump will likely film a second season of Hulu’s “Vanderpump Villa.”
Do they even want to continue with “Vanderpump Rules”?!?
Also looking ahead, “Vanderpump Rules” will begin its three-part reunion on May 14th, with subsequent episodes airing on May 21st and 28th.
The official summary of the last part is as follows:
The reunion comes to a breathtaking conclusion as the cast watches the final minutes of the finale live on stage for the first time.
Ariana breaks her ban on contact with Sandoval, which brings both of them to tears. Scheana defends her actions and says the argument with Ariana started long before this summer.
Katie blames Sandoval for the breakdown of her relationship with Schwartz. Lala reiterates the comments she made throughout the season, leaving her friendships on life support.
