In the second T20I of a five-match series against Zimbabwehost Bangladesh secured a comfortable 6-wicket win at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium. Bangladesh’s decision to bowl first after winning the toss paid off as they managed to restrict Zimbabwe to 138 for 7 in their 20 overs.

Bangladesh’s answer:
Chasing a modest target, Bangladesh reached 142 for 4 in just 18.3 overs. Towhid Hridoy was the standout performer with a brisk 37 not out from 25 balls, helping his team take control in the middle overs. Litton Das And Mahmudullah also made valuable contributions with scores of 23 and 26 respectively.
However, Zimbabwe’s bowlers struggled to defend their total score Luke Cock managed to claim 2 wickets. However, due to the lack of support from other bowlers, Bangladesh easily reached the target with nine balls to spare.

Can anyone remind me why Taskin Ahmed doesn’t get an IPL contract? Can bowl at up to 145km/h and hits the yorker when called upon. #CricketTwitter
