KING CITY, Ontario, May 9, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TWC Enterprises Limited (TSX:TWC) (“TWC”) announced the results of matters to be considered at its annual general meeting on May 8, 2024 (the “Meeting”) was voted on. ), which included the election of the Company’s directors, as well as all candidates listed in the Management Information Circular dated March 21, 2024. Voting results for all matters presented at the meeting are set forth below.
At this meeting, 46 shareholders with 21,984,771 common shares were represented in person or by proxy. This represents 89.74% of the 24,497,649 issued and outstanding common shares.

1. Election of directors
The eight (8) candidates proposed by management have been elected as directors of the Company and will hold office until the close of the next annual general meeting or until their successors are duly elected or appointed, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company. The following powers of attorney were received for this purpose:

2. Appointment of auditors
The firm of Deloitte LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, has been appointed as the Company’s auditor, to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly appointed, and to authorize the directors to determine the auditor’s remuneration.
