Through the years, The valley‘S Kristen Doute has learned to love the skin she’s in.
“I don’t weigh myself. Even when I go to the doctor, I say, “Don’t say it out loud.” “For me, it’s not about a number,” Doute, 41, said exclusively Us weekly as she discusses her recent AirSculpt transformation. “If it was a number, I don’t think I would see results.”
After appearing on reality TV for more than a decade, Doute wanted to transform her body without specifically focusing on weight loss.
“It’s not just about permanent fat removal, but also about skin tightening. So I really see the shape of my body changing and being shaped into exactly what I want. And of course there is still a lot to do,” she noted. “It’s not like I won’t gain weight anywhere else.”
Doute said Us Eager to maintain a comfortable relationship with her body, she added: “Now I’m working out again and all that.” But I just love that the area I’ve always had the most trouble with – no matter how much I’ve worked out and no matter what I ate – is now gone forever.”
Bravo viewers first met Doute in 2013 when she became known as the OG cast member of Vanderpump Rules. She now stars alongside former co-stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright on a spin-off titled The valley. After filming the first season of the new series, Doute recalled that he decided to take steps to regain some confidence.
“Honestly, having that little problem area was a problem, but for me it wasn’t a problem in my relationship. It was never a problem for Luke [Broderick]“Doute shared Us about their relationship. “He’s the most wonderful thing, but I thought, ‘I have to take this shirt off too.’ But now I’m like, ‘Hello, how are you?’ I just feel better when I look in the mirror, and that’s why I really wanted to do it.”
As she grew older, the TV personality began to think more seriously about AirScrupt.
“Honestly, I’m just so tired of the tire. When you’re sexy but a little older, that’s just something that just doesn’t go away,” she explained. “To be honest, when I was back on TV, doing press again and really being thrust into the public eye again, I just wanted to have more confidence in what I was wearing every day, how I was dressing, trying on clothes and looking forward to it. something to do press and carpets and all that. So I just wanted to do something about it.”
Doute praised the cosmetic experience because it was so easy.
“When I walked in, everyone from the front desk to the nurses to my doctor was just so warm and amazingly friendly and just very attentive. I felt so comfortable and it really eased my anxiety. They explained to me exactly what was going to happen, although of course I had done all my research and read up on it,” she continued. “All I know is that after three months and then after six months I will have my absolute final results, but honestly I wonder how it can get any better.”
