Teenage mother‘S Tyler Baltierra I can’t help but gush about his special evening with his daughter Nova, 9.
“Me and Novalee got to have another first experience together, our very first Daddy Daughter Dance and it was literally one of the best nights I’ve ever had!” Tyler, 32, shared this in an Instagram on Friday, April 12 Contribution with.
He continued to share details about their evening, mentioning how he had done everything he could think of to make it a memorable day for her, which included giving her a bouquet of flowers at the start of the evening.
“I ‘met’ her at the door with flowers. [Then] For dinner we had salmon, shrimp and perch,” he explained. “We talked about life, dreams, compassion, love and fear.”

When the duo arrived at the event, Tyler said everything just kept getting better and better and they danced the night away like no one was watching.
“We danced for over an hour Taylor Swift, Van Morrison & the black Eyed Peas like there was no one else in the room,” he recalled, adding, “She was constantly smiling. Life really can’t get any better!”
However, the MTV reality star noted that they may have danced a little too hard because when they got home, Nova’s “feet” were already gone [were] sore from her first experience with heels.”
He ended his sweet post by expressing how proud he was to be Nova’s father.
“She really is such a great kid,” he opened up. “I am always impressed and inspired by her. I don’t know why I was so lucky, but being her father will always be the greatest honor I will never deserve. I love you, Novalee Reign Baltierra! 🥹❤️😍😭 #BlessedByDaughters #GirlDad.”
His sweet message was accompanied by two photos and a behind-the-scenes video he took of his daughter showing off her dance moves. The first picture was an adorable selfie where he and Nova stood in front of a brick wall in black outfits and smiled at the camera. The second image was a full body shot of Nova in her long sleeve dress, sparkly tights and silver jewelry.

Tyler is married to his middle school sweetheart Catelynn Lowell, whom he met in 2005 in the 7th grade. They married in August 2015. In addition to Nova, they also have daughters Carly (14) (who was adopted when she was first born), Vaeda (4) and Rya Rose (2).
