Sriharsha Majety co-founded Bundl, a courier service aggregator, before founding Swiggy
After spending some time abroad, Sriharsha Majety teamed up with his college friend Nandan Reddy to build something. Both youngsters were particularly fascinated by the flourishing success of the e-commerce industry in India. The huge potential in the logistics and shipping sector attracted Sriharsha and Nandan and subsequently founded Bundl, a courier services aggregator.
However, the lack of a technical co-founder in the company was a key reason for its failure. Despite the efforts of Sriharsha Majety and Nandan Reddy, Bundl was closed within a year. Although it was a significant failure for both aspiring entrepreneurs, it became a much-needed reality check for them and became a key factor in Swiggy’s success.
