Slate Grocery REIT Announces 2024 Shareholder Meeting Voting Results and Publishes First Quarter 2024 Earnings Conference Minutes and Investor Update

TORONTO – Slate Grocery REIT (TSX: SGR.U) (TSX: SGR.UN) (the “REIT”), an owner and operator of U.S. grocery properties, today announced that each of the trustee nominees is listed in the management information circular REIT on March 19, 2024, were elected as trustees of the REIT at the annual meeting of holders (“unitholders”) of Class A Shares, Class I Shares, Class U Shares and Special Voting Shares of the REIT on May 1, 2024 (the “General Meeting”). The resolution to reappoint Deloitte LLP as auditor of the REIT for the following year and to authorize the trustees to determine the compensation to be paid by the auditors was approved with 79.76% of the vote.
