According to a court filing by Us weekly On Wednesday, May 1st, 32-year-old Tiesi will be sued by her former nanny Lucy Pooleher former social media manager Amanda Bustard and her former personal assistant and stylist Kenneth Gomez.
The documents alleged that Tiesi employees felt “harassed, discriminated against and/or retaliated against because of their sex, gender and/or sexual orientation.” The former employees said that after they stopped working for Tiesi, they “suffered, among other things, severe emotional distress, loss of earnings and loss of unemployment benefits.”
Poole specifically recalled being hired as a nanny for Tiesi’s 20-month-old son, Legendary Love, with whom the reality star shares a relationship Nick Cannon. Poole stated that she “also ran errands, cleaned the house, acted as a personal assistant, and performed numerous other chores and related tasks.”

The filing alleged that Poole, who “suffers from a mental disability,” was called epithets like “little bus ride slut” and “ADHD idiot” by Tiesi. Poole alleged that Tiesi treated her “vulgarly and violently when a task was not completed to her satisfaction.”
Meanwhile, Bustard claimed he was subjected to “inappropriate and violent behavior” from Tiesi and witnessed his former employer threatening other employees with physical violence. Gomez, who described himself in the filing as a “member of the LGBTQ community,” claimed Tiesi “would repeatedly make derogatory and demeaning comments about members of the LGBTQ community.”

Monica Schipper/Getty ImagesTiesi was also accused of violating “various sections of the California Labor Code relating to hours of work, conditions of employment and payment of wages.” In the lawsuit, the trio said they wanted to “seek damages and obtain other remedies available to them by law.” The plaintiffs are seeking more than $3 million in damages to be paid to each former employee.
The filing described Tiesi as “a social media personality who has more than 1.4 million followers and numerous brand deals and was/is featured in the hit Netflix series.” Sell Sunset.” The documents say Tiesi “earned a reputation for initiating dramatic and explosive confrontations with colleagues.”
