Rishi Kapoor broke many hearts when he married popular actress Neetu Kapoor. The duo dated for a while and tied the knot on January 22, 1980. The couple has two children, Riddhima Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. For the unversed, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with leukemia and passed away on April 30, 2020 after battling it for two years. As April 30, 2024 marked the fourth death anniversary of the late actor, his family members cherished their memories of the late actor.

Neetu Kapoor took to her IG handle and shared a beautiful throwback picture with Rishi Kapoor that brought back a lot of memories. In the photo. Neetu looked stunning as ever in a blue outfit with gold embellishments on the neckline. Rishi Kapoor, on the other hand, complemented her with a navy blue pantsuit paired with a crisp white shirt, tie and printed pocket square. The madly in love duo looked adorably at the lens as the camera clicked their portrait. Neetu shared the photo and wrote:
“4 years. For us, life can never be the same without you.”

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni’s adorable post for her father Rishi Kapoor
Meanwhile, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni also took an interest on her IG stories and shared a throwback picture in memory of her late father Rishi Kapoor. The adorable portrait showed baby Riddhima sitting on her father’s lap and busy doing her cute antics. Rishi looked dapper as always in a gray t-shirt and hat. The super cute picture of the father-daughter duo melted our hearts in no time. Riddhima wrote about this:

Once, in an interview with Annu Kapoor on his radio show, Suhaana SafarNeetu Kapoor revealed that her first meeting with her husband Rishi Kapoor was terrible. Neetu and Rishi have worked together in many films such as: Amar Akbar Anthony, Khel Khel Meaning And never. Recalling her first meeting with Rishi, Neetu Kapoor shared that the actor was a brat who bullied everyone on the set, adding that he commented on her makeup and clothes which made her so angry. Neetu mentioned that she was very young back then and said that she used to be angry with him.

Riddhima Kapoor recalled the last memory of her father Rishi Kapoor
Earlier, in an interview with Galatta India, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni recalled the last memory of her father and shared that he called her two days before his death but she missed his call. However, she admitted that she still regrets it as her father couldn’t respond or talk to anyone after that because he was in the hospital. Riddhima also added that she took a screenshot of the call log as it was the last time he called her and said,
“He tried to call me two days before this happened. He gave me a missed call, I still have it on my phone. That was his last missed call to me and I thought… I wish I had picked it up. After that he couldn’t respond or speak properly because he was in the hospital and I still saved that missed call. I took a screenshot and saved it. Because that was the last time he called me to actually talk to me. After that, I called him but he couldn’t talk.”
Rishi Kapoor will always be missed.
