Heather Gay was in a good mood on a flight with her Real Housewives of Salt Lake City co-stars after their recent weight loss.
Gay, 49, was spotted with his co-star Whitney Rose on a Delta flight on Wednesday, April 24, according to social media photos shared by a fellow passenger.
“My boyfriend is on a flight with the #RHOSLC cast and I’m dying of fomo,” one said X user wrote on Wednesday. “How cute are @heathergay29 and @whitneywildrose!! #badweatherstaytogether.”
Both Gay and Rose, 37, flashed peace signs as they posed for the camera. While Rose curled her lips in her seat, Gay smiled broadly and stood up in the cabin. Gay was dressed casually, wearing a magenta shirt with palm trees on it and a black baseball cap. The outing appeared to be a cast trip, which the same social media user also posted footage of Mary Cosby sit in a separate row.
Fans were quick to comment on Gay’s slimmer figure. The Bravo star opened up about using the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss.
“[I’m] on the Ozempic train,” Gay said People in November 2023. “I’ve been doing it for a long time but haven’t really seen many results. And I didn’t get great results, but enough for people to notice, which is great. …You lose five pounds, people are nicer to you. That’s just how the world works and that makes me sad for women. But I’m glad I have five points less.”

Three months later, Gay appeared on ABC Impact x Nightline to talk about trying the controversial drug and admitted it was “disappointing” to be called a sellout. Critics accused Gay of no longer advocating for body positivity and instead resorting to quick remedies to lose the pounds. (Ozempic and similar semaglutide are prescribed for people struggling with obesity or weight-related conditions and are not recommended for occasional weight loss.)
“It’s disappointing [and] “Sad to know that body positivity was a big lie,” Gay said at the February meeting. “Because it’s better not to be overweight.”
She continued, “I’m old enough to know that I’ve wasted many years blaming myself and feeling guilty and ashamed about my inability to slim down.” And If only I had known there was a drug that would make me thinner without much effort, I would have taken it 30 years ago and probably lived a different life.”
