Selected versions of the fully electric model Volvo EX30 have been hit by nominal price increases for the 2025 model year as the first vehicles land on Australian roads.
The 2025 Volvo EX30 range continues to cost $59,990 plus on-road costs for the entry-level Single Motor Extended Plus variant, although the higher-spec Single Motor Extended Ultra and Twin Performance Ultra models face price increases of $1,300.
No adjustments were made to the specifications to offset the costs. Volvo Cars Australia justifies this with the increased shipping costs.
The first examples of the Volvo EX30, originally scheduled to arrive in late 2023, are now arriving in Australia. An initial batch of approximately 300 units will be the start of a confirmed calendar year allocation of 3,900 vehicles for 2024.
