DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, April 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — One Za’abeel, the iconic mixed-use project developed by ICD (Investment Corporation of Dubai), is pleased to announce the opening of The Offices, its ultra- luxury project, to announce dual licensed corporate office space at One Za’abeel Tower. One Za’abeel consists of two skyscrapers, One Za’abeel Tower and One Za’abeel The Residences, which are divided into parts by The Link, a 230 m high cantilevered building suspended 100 meters above the ground. The mixed-use project’s unique shape and strategic location earned it the nickname “The Gateway to Dubai’s Central Business District.”

The offices are spread over 17 levels in One Za’abeel Tower and cover a total area of 280,000 square feet.
Built with sustainability in mind, the project demonstrates exemplary environmental efficiency and sustainability standards and received LEED Gold certification in December 2023.
The offices, referred to as “smart offices,” feature intelligent technologies to automate and energy optimize all electrical, lighting, air conditioning and ventilation systems. This allows energy consumption to be regulated while maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures and offers features such as floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for plenty of natural light and unobstructed city views. One Za’abeel is currently in the process of obtaining WiredScore and SmartScore certifications.
