XUV 3XO

Let’s start with the exterior design of the newly launched Mahindra XUV 3XO AX7L variant. Mahindra Automotive has completely redesigned the front and rear of this SUV. The XUV 3XO, which is based on the previous XUV 300, features a much more modern and aggressive design.

At the front, the XUV 3XO gets a glossy black grille with the new Twin Peaks logo. It also gets six slanted chrome slats and a set of redesigned LED headlights. It features a two vertically stacked projector light setup with C-shaped LED daytime running lights. The front bumper also looks very aggressive and is equipped with LED fog lights and front parking sensors.

The side profile remains the same as before but now gets new 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. It also gets new connected LED taillights at the rear. Overall it looks good from the back, but the front design is a bit polarizing.

The Tata Nexon Fearless Dark Edition, on the other hand, gets a much more familiar and popular front fascia. It comes with a split headlight design where the upper part is covered with LED daytime running lights. The vertically arranged LED headlights are housed in the lower bumper. It also gets an aggressive front bumper. And it’s the Dark Edition avatar that looks much more menacing.

In terms of side profile, the SUV retains the silhouette of the previous model. However, it now gets a set of new 16-inch turbine-style alloy wheels. The SUV also comes with a very distinctive and sharp rear design.

Its biggest highlight is the networked LED rear light. It also features a much more pronounced silver skid plate. Overall, in our opinion, the Nexon looks significantly better than the Mahindra XUV 3XO.
