Melissa Peterman And Reba McEntire go back on TV together!
The long-time friends and Reba Co-stars will reunite in new sitcom, Happy’s Placeand on Tuesday, ET’s Deidre Behar was the first to break the news to Peterman that her pilot had been there added to the series by Peacock.

Happy’s Place – which McEntire also serves as an executive producer – will star The voice Trainer as Bobbie, a woman who inherits her father’s restaurant after his death. Things get interesting – and probably hilarious – when she discovers that her business partner in the venture is a half-sister she never knew she had.
Hocus Pocus 2 Star Belissa Escobedo plays Bobbie’s younger half-sister Isabella, while Peterman plays Gabby, a bartender at Bobbie’s newly inherited restaurant. Happy’s Place It also stars Pablo Castelblanco, Tokala Black Elk and McEntire’s real-life friend. Rex Linn – who previously appeared with Peterman in “ Young Sheldon.
Of her ability to mediate between her co-star and her longtime pal, Peterman admitted, “I’m happy to take a little credit.”
Most of all, the actress admitted, she’s happy to see McEntire happy in her new relationship – and noted how much their decades-long friendship has meant to her.
“It’s like coming home,” Peterman shared, breaking down in tears. “I think we have a lot of ‘Hollywood friends’ in this business – friends with whom you only share the good things. I think I knew it would be this way forever when we started sharing real things. I know.” She has my back regardless of whether we ever work together again. She is always on my side and she knows that I am on her side.
