Kyle Richards and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky They are reportedly living separately as they continue to think about what’s next in their relationship. Accordingly Us weekly, Mauricio, 53, has purchased a luxury condo in a new apartment complex in West Hollywood. Kyle, 55, remains at her home in Encino, where she is frequently seen The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“Kyle and Mauricio have been living apart for several months,” a source told the publication. “They’ve both been traveling a lot lately, so it turns out they won’t be staying under the same roof.”
Although they don’t live together full-time, Mauricio will reportedly often visit their primary residence when Kyle is out of town. They also have homes in La Quinta, California and Aspen, Colorado.
Mauricio and Kyle surprised fans in July 2023 when they announced their separation after 27 years of marriage. The couple has yet to officially file for divorce.
“We had a tough year. “The biggest challenge in our marriage,” the reality stars said in a joint statement via Instagram at the time. “But we both love and respect each other immensely. There was no wrongdoing by anyone. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to resolve our issues privately.”
In a February interview with ExtraKyle said neither party is in a position to file for divorce, saying, “We live under the same roof and get along and are just trying to figure it out.”
Just last month, the estranged couple also showed unity when they traveled to Indio, California to experience the Stagecoach Music Festival with their daughters Farrah Aldjufrie35, Alexia Umansky27, and Sophia Umansky, 24. While they enjoyed a weekend of country music, Farrah posted a photo of the family standing shoulder to shoulder and hugging each other. She captioned the post with a single hand-heart emoji.
Looking ahead, fans are excited to see if Kyle will return for another season Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While Bravo hasn’t officially announced the cast yet, the Halloween ends The actress previously said she was undecided whether to come back.
“I haven’t said anything yet,” she said in an April Amazon Live session. “I know there are reports online that I am not coming back or that I am coming back. That conversation is still open.”
