Mark Wahlberg Hits Back with Topless Video as David Beckham Sues

Mark Wahlberg has revealed that his old alter ego “Marky Mark” is still alive and well by sharing a new thirst trap video of himself David Beckham Legal action.

The post comes after he remained silent about Beckham’s lawsuit against his company F45. The case, first filed in 2022, was moved to federal court, where a judge ordered a jury trial.

Beckham, 48, claims in court documents obtained by TMZ that F45 “tricked” him into signing an endorsement deal.

He says he originally agreed to serve as F45 global ambassador in August 2021 when he moved to Los Angeles. While living in LA, Beckham struck up a friendship with Wahlberg. According to the legal documents, Beckham says he never received the $10 million he was offered in contract negotiations. He was allegedly promised shares as compensation, but these were never delivered after share prices appeared to collapse.

Wahlberg’s lawyers, meanwhile, denied the allegations and called the accusations of “fraudulent conduct” unfounded The sun.
