“Genre: Birthday 🙅🏼♂️🙅🏼♂️,” Kelly captioned an Instagram carousel on Wednesday, April 24, in which she shared a few snaps from his amazing party.
One image showed a black tiered cake decorated with crystals and a dragon, while another photo showed Kelly posing with a group of friends. Post Malone appeared in a selfie, but fans were even more surprised when they saw Fox, 37, joining in on the fun. She beamed as she crouched down next to Kelly to take a photo against a candlelit backdrop.
Fox was seen with blue hair and an all-black outfit paired with sneakers. Kelly was currently sitting next to her and was wearing a blue suit Nelly T-shirt.

Following their breakup, Kelly and Fox began dating in June 2020 Brian Austin Green, with whom she shares children Noah (10), Bodhi (9) and Journey (6). In January 2022, Kelly got down on one knee, but the couple’s relationship hasn’t been smooth sailing since then. Fox has even been spotted without her engagement ring in recent months.
“Megan is rethinking everything in her life,” a source exclusively reveals in the new issue of Us weekly. “It became toxic between them and they argued a lot.”
According to the insider, Fox “wants her freedom now.” A second source, meanwhile, admitted that Fox and Kelly’s relationship “is a rollercoaster and things are constantly changing.”

Last month, Fox addressed the speculation surrounding her engagement in an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
“What I’ve learned about this relationship is that it’s not meant for the public,” she said at the time. “So I don’t think I can comment on the status of the relationship itself at this point.”
Although she remained reticent about Kelly, Fox noted that she understands where the public interest is coming from. “What I can say is this [he] is what I refer to as my twin soul and there will always be a connection to him no matter what,” she continued. “I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him in some way. Beyond that, I’m not ready to explain.”
After the cryptic update, a source said Us that Fox and Kelly were “living separately” while going through a “difficult” time in their relationship.
