Love & Lemons Cooking Club – April! – Love and Lemons

Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club Challenge this month! It’s easy to enter and one lucky winner will receive a prize. Below you will find all the details.



Our Cooking Club is a fun way to celebrate the Love & Lemons reader community. The concept is super simple: I choose one recipe every month. You make it and leave a comment on the recipe’s blog post. At the end of the month I will randomly select a winner to receive a prize.

I love the sense of community that comes from having so many people cooking a recipe every month. We’re starting our April challenge today with our lentil salad recipe and I hope you’ll join in. This is how it works:

Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club

  1. Every month I choose a seasonal recipe. Join our email list to be notified when I share this month’s recipe.
  2. Make this recipe throughout the month.
  3. Leave a comment on the challenge recipe blog post by the end of the month. This time the deadline is April 30th!
  4. For a bonus entry, send a picture of what you made to [email protected].
  5. To get another bonus entry, post your photo to Instagram and tag it @loveandlemons And #loveandlemonscookingclub.

The Prize: A $200 Whole Foods Gift Card!

At the end of the month I will randomly select a winner and share some of your photos. This time we’re giving away a prize $200 Whole Foods Gift Card.

If you’re craving bright, fresh spring dishes, you’ll love this month’s recipe: my lentil salad!

This hearty salad is made with a tangy lemon dressing, crunchy vegetables and a large handful of fragrant herbs. It’s exactly what I want for lunch on a warm spring day. Luckily, it’s great for meal prep and also packs perfectly for a picnic!

  • To make this recipe vegan, Omit the feta. For a salty, salty taste, add a few more olives!

I have to say, I’m impressed! So many of you have made your own enchilada sauce and some readers have made homemade tortillas. Thank you for putting so much into this month’s challenge!
