In the summer of 2023, Khloe gave birth to her second child via surrogacy after complications arose during her pregnancy with daughter True.
The little boy’s name is Tatum and he’s very cute and his father is professional basketball player/serial cheater Tristan Thompson.
Khloe has stated in the past that she wanted to use Thompson’s sperm in this process so that her children could have the same biological father.

Appearing on the She MD podcast this week, Kardashian told the hosts that she once questioned her son’s paternity.
“My son looks just like my brother and my brother is one of my favorite people,” the reality star explained, elaborating:
“My son is a year and a half old and he’s sarcastic, and my dad had a really dry, goofy, crazy sense of humor. There are traces of my father in Tatum. I think this is so fucking weird.”
Yes, that left Khloe wondering if there had been a mix-up… and if Rob Kardashian was actually her son’s father.
“Because he was an IVF baby or a surrogate baby, I thought, ‘Rob, have you ever donated sperm anywhere?'” I had Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum. He was so offended,” Khloe continued.
“In this family, that wouldn’t surprise me, but that would be so disgusting.”
Elsewhere in the same chat, the Kardashians star admitted – as she has in the past – that she initially had difficulty bonding with Tatum due to the drama in her personal life.
After it emerged that Tristan had secretly become a father another Son briefly in her surrogacy journey.
Of course, he also cheated on Khloe when she was in the last trimester of her pregnancy.
“Throughout the surrogacy pregnancy I was really distant. I couldn’t really take it – I really think I was in denial that it was happening,” Khloe confessed on the podcast.
Luckily everything worked out perfectly in the end.
“[He] is an incredible father. He’s made mistakes, but he’s the nicest guy. And we get along so well now,” she even says about Thompson now.
“I’ve seen some other dads who aren’t great dads. I’m very grateful to have someone who wants to be a part of her life and who is active every day, even if she doesn’t live here full-time.”
