Keyloop Completes the Acquisition of Automotive Transformation Group (ATG).

READING, England – Keyloop, a global automotive technology company, today announced the completion of its acquisition of ATG, an innovative automotive technology provider focused on omnichannel retail solutions. This follows the announcement of the conclusion of a definitive agreement on the 10th^Th April 2024.

The acquisition is an important step in accelerating the implementation of Keyloop’s experience-first concept across the lifespan of vehicle ownership, helping automotive dealers and OEMs deliver exceptional customer experiences.
